IMAX Theatre
Visit the Great Clips IMAX Theatre during your Zoo visit and save money! Adults save $2 per ticket, children and seniors save $1. Zoo/IMAX Combo tickets available at both the Zoo and IMAX. Visit www.imax.com/minnesota for shows and times. A portion of all IMAX/Zoo combo sales supports the Minnesota Zoo Conservation Fund.

Music in the Zoo
The 18th Annual SUBWAY Music in the Zoo concert series kicks off on Sunday, June 6 at the Minnesota Zoo's Weesner Family Amphitheater

Brew at the Zoo – August 13, 2010 (7:00 – 10:00 p.m.)
It’s an evening of beer, bears, and great music!  Proceeds from the event benefit conservation programs. 

Sing-Along with Barney™ at Sprout's Day at the Zoo Monday, August 16
Enjoy a sing-along with Barney™ and a fun scavenger hunt around the Zoo to exciting animal exhibits.  

Amur Leopard Festival – August 21, 2010
Celebrate this rare and beautiful cat with music, games and crafts, leopard face painting for kids, animal art displays and more. Learn about what you can do to save this precious animal.

Tiger Tracks  5K & Kids’ Run:  August 28, 2010  (Puma Pavilion – 8:00 a.m.)
Lace-up your shoes and make tracks to the Minnesota Zoo.  This wild run will start at the Puma Pavilion and weave into the Zoo and out around the Northern Trail.  Bring the whole family for a brisk morning run and then slow down the pace and enjoy a day at the Zoo.  All proceeds from the run will help support the Zoo’s conservation programs. 

Scarecrow Alley - September 25 - October 31, 2010
Gather your family, friends or co-workers and design a unique animal-themed scarecrow for the Minnesota Zoo's third annual Scarecrow Alley to be on public display at the Wells Fargo Family Farm September 25 - October 31, 2010. The contest is open to the public, with prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place scarecrows.

Harvest Weekends - September 25 & 26 and October 2 & 3, 2010
It’s harvest time at the Wells Fargo Family Farm! Stop in and check out our corn maze, and more. These weekends will include children’s crafts, musical entertainment, butter churning demonstrations and other animal hands-on opportunities. Be sure to check out the animal-themed scarecrows that will be on display through October as we continue to celebrate “The Year of the Farm”.

Fish First - October 7, 2010
6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Join local celebrity chefs as they prepare delicious and sustainable gourmet ocean and freshwater dishes, complemented with fine wines and music.

HallZooween – October 30 & 31, 2010
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Looking for a fun, safe place for trick or treating? Come to the Zoo for a day of music, crafts, and treats! Even the animals will enjoy some pumpkin action.

Wild about Wine – November 13, 2010 (5:30 – 8:30 p.m.)
Join us for the fifth annual “Wild about Wine” event. Enjoy tastings of a variety of wines. The Zoo will provide the perfect backdrop for this exotic evening of appetizers, music, and wine.
